Hermes Calendar Sync — last updated October 2026
This application is a private, single-user tool. It has exactly one user, its owner. It does not collect, store, sell, or share anyone's personal data. There are no other users, no accounts, and no third-party services involved.
With the owner's explicit consent, the application accesses only the following Google data belonging to the owner:
calendar.readonly and calendar.events — to read the owner's own
calendar events and to create calendar reminders the owner requests.
meetings.space.readonly — to read conference records and participant
timestamps for online meetings hosted on the owner's own Google Meet link, so the
assistant can tell the owner whether they attended a meeting they scheduled.
No other Google data is requested or accessed.
Nowhere. All retrieved data is processed and stored locally on the owner's own Android device, inside the owner's own private application storage. It is not uploaded to any server, cloud service, database, or third party. There is no backend.
Data is never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party. There is no advertising, no profiling, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.
Data is retained locally only as long as the owner keeps it. The owner can delete it at any time by removing the application's local storage, and can revoke this application's access to their Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately ends all data access.
OAuth tokens are stored only on the owner's own device and are never transmitted to any third party. Access is limited to the scopes listed above.
This application is not directed at children and is not used by anyone but its owner.
